Pollination - Machine
WEB-TEX 1 and WEB-TEX 2
On the machines WEB-TEX 1 and
WEB-TEX 2 woven-labels made of
cotton
and heat-resistant synthetics are pollinated with a special powder,
which
is fixed on the label by heat.
Later the woven-labels could be smoothed on textiles
fast to boiling,
fast to laundry and
fast to purification.

WEB-TEX 1
is placed directly behind the loom and pulls the woven-labels
at
once from the loom.
In the basic- version 6 labels are pulled at the same time,
pollinated,
fixed
by heat
and finally placed into a barrel. The loom determinates the
speed. |
WEB-TEX 2 works independent of the loom.
WEB-TEX 2 pulls woven-labels from spools or out of
barrels.
In the basic-version 6 labels are pulled at the same
time,
pollinated, fixed by heat and finally placed into a
barrel.
The speed can be determined stepless by
an electronic buttom. |
Powder: ULTRA 7:
We recommend our special powder ULTRA 7.
It is a fine powder, which enables you to adjust also
a minimum of pollination.
ULTRA 7 sticks durable at any textile.
Smoothed on textiles woven-labels are fixed fast to boiling,
fast
to laundry and fast to purification.
Dosing of ULTRA 7:
In the basic-version 6 labels were pollinated at the
same time.
The quantity per cm
of
powder could be dosed by an
electronic buttom.
Fixing:
The powder ULTRA 7 is fixed on the labels by heat. Three
radiators
melt the powder a little so that it is fixed.
The temperature could be varied in different
ways.
