The fully automatic shoelace tipping machine AM 74
The machine pulls fully-automatically the lace from a spool or out of a barrel,
measures the lace to the adjusted length at the touch panel,
fixes the ends by our tipping systems and cuts.
The next production process is started fully-automatically.

On our machines you have the possibility to manufacture three different kinds of tipping:

tipping with acetate-tape, 
tipping with metal - tape, with and without holes for fixing or

melting and fixing synthetic laces only by heat

Exchangeable Die - Boxes:

Exchangeable Die-Boxes: The machine AM 74 uses our system of exchangeable die-boxes as well.
But these die-boxes are not identical to the die-boxes of the machine AM 75.
The die-boxes of the machine AM 74 are smaller because this machine is able to produce laces with a
minimum length of 10 cm.
On the machine AM 74 all kinds of shoe-laces can be manufactured: 
round and flat ones, made of cotton and synthetics

The machine has a garantee of two years which points out the very high quality of this machine.
All over the world shoe-lace manufacturer work with this machine. 

Lenght of Laces
The machine AM 74 is able to manufacture laces from 10 cm up to 160 cm length.

 Pieces pes hour:
The machine produces max. 1.200 pieces per hour.
The real number of pieces depends to the length of the
laces.
Exchangeable Die - Boxes:
The tipping of shoe-laces is done by dies, which wrap the foil arround the lace, press together both (lace and tape) under high pressure and cut. According to the thickness of the lace, different sizes of dies are
needed. The exchange of dies in the die-box, which is always necessary if you change form thinn laces to thick laces, will need approximate one hour. 

On our machine AM 74 the complete die-box can 
be exchanged within 5 minutes.
You take off the die-box with the thinn die and replace the die-box with the thick die:
this will take five minutes max.
This is not only a big win of time, which always means less costs. It is always a big advantage to protect the dies. Each exchange of dies must be done very carefully so that the dies will not damaged.

Protection and CE-Sign:
Securityswitches: The machine is nearly complete protected against exidents and pocesses the CE-sign for security. A lot of security switches improve the safety of the machine.

Touch - Panel:
The machine is commanded over a Siemens touch panel by a Siemens S7.
All movements can be managed over this touch panel like:
length of laces, quantity of pieces, speed of production and much more.

The main menue is divided by:
Set Up:                     Here all movements of motors, cylinders and claws can be commanded seperately.
Automatic running:  Beside "Start" and "Stop" the parameters of the production are to be fixed here:
                                  length of laces, quantity of pieces, speed of production and much more.
