Synthetic laces are pulled out of a barrel, measured to the right length, melted and fixed by ultra-sonics and cutted. The laces were counted and layed on hooks. The maximum length of laces:
Security switches stopp the machine in case the production process is
interupted because of knots or broken laces.

The ULTRA-SONIC melting time
and the power (Watt) can be adjusted at an electronic counter. All other movements of the machine will follow this adjustment fully- automatically. |
| The machine is usefull to melt and fix
round synthetic laces (up to 10 mm diameter and more) and flat synthetic laces (up to 25 mm width and more) with ULTRA-SONICS. |
