| On 5th May 1949 Artur Müller, sen born 12th October 1911
founded
the company
Artur Müller, Textilmachines and Accessories. His son Hans-Artur entered the compnay in 1953. Their main subject were the manufacturing of all kinds of spare-parts, especially those for shoe-lace tipping machines, the production and selling of Acetate-Foils for the tipping of shoe-laces and the developpment of an own semi-automatic shoe-lace tipping machine, the machine AM 64. Later they improved the tipping of shoe-laces on semi-automatic machines by developping a new tipping system: The machine AM 71 was born. In 1971 they presented their own fully-automatic shoe-lace tipping machine AM 75. In 1980 Hans-Artur's son Frank and in 1993 his brother Lars entered the company during their studies at the university in Wuppertal. Frank studdied Economics and Lars Mechanical Engeneering. |
| In the years 1995 to 1997 the company Artur Müller &
Söhne
developped the
shoe-lace waxing machine AM-LÜ and in 1999 the shoe-lace winding and banding machine AM-ET. In the years from 2000 they developped new typs of machines: - the fully-automatic winding and banding machine AM-AMET 2000 - the Ultrason - tipping machines - the T-Lace tipping machines - the printing on laces and ribbons In more than 100 states all over the world machines from Artur Müller & Söhne are working. In the year 2000 Artur Müller, sen died in the age of 89. |
